Before you build

 

You have plans or a design scheme, but will it really work for how you live? We'll review your drawings beforehand, talk them through with you in detail, and follow up with a written summary of our recommendations. It's practical thinking that goes beyond how things look: flow, storage, lighting, kitchen layout, and the questions that often don't get asked until it's too late.

 

£450 plus VAT (£540 total), including drawing review, a 90-minute session and a written summary.

Additional time at £150 per hour. Remote or in person (location dependent). If you go on to commission a full renovation with us within three months, your session fee is credited against the design fee.

 

Ideal if you want your plans checked by someone thinking about everyday life in the finished house, while there's still time to change them.

You can continue with prepaid design time in blocks of 5 hours (£750 plus VAT) or 10 hours (£1,450 plus VAT).
