Arts & Craft Home, Highgate N6 |Full Home Renovation - In Progress

We are delighted to be working with this family to renovate their forever home in Highgate. This beautiful period property, rich in architectural character, is being thoughtfully reimagined to improve the way the house flows and functions for modern family life.

On the ground floor, the layout has been reworked to create a generous and welcoming family space. The kitchen and seating areas are now more closely connected to the garden, bringing in natural light and strengthening the relationship between the house and the outdoors. Glazed screens from the entrance hall allow views through the home towards the garden, helping the spaces feel lighter and more connected.

Throughout the interior we are introducing tactile materials and considered colour choices to create a sense of warmth, calm and comfort. The design also includes a bespoke library for the family and the transformation of the top floor into a light-filled home office for the client, an author, with an enlarged window framing views over the garden beyond.

The project is currently progressing on-site, and we look forward to sharing the transformation as it unfolds.
