What began as a small concept has evolved into a project that has truly transformed into a warm, family-centric space, thoughtfully designed to meet the practical needs of its occupants. Initially, the brief called for a larger dining table; however, through detailed discussions with the clients, we discovered that their previous space no longer suited their needs due to insufficient storage. These conversations also revealed that the clients are vibrant and outgoing, which is reflected in their selection of artwork. The existing room was a blank canvas, lacking the personality that matched their lively nature.

The project posed several challenges, particularly with many of the clients' existing furniture remaining unchanged and the kitchen needing to stay as is. As a result, we focused on finding solutions to enhance the current kitchen layout while also providing the necessary storage to accommodate the growing needs of this family room.
